From Naples
to Las Vegas
Giovanni arrived in the United States in 1962 and later made Las Vegas his home. After several years in the casino business, he opened Via Veneto Italian Restaurant, sharing his love of Italian food with his new community.
An Italian Craft

In 1979, Giovanni returned to Naples to study with traditional gelato artisans and learn the craft of authentic Italian Gelato.
He brought that knowledge back to Las Vegas and founded Italcream in 1980. His commitment to authentic Italian recipes, quality ingredients, and personal service became the foundation of our family business.

Today, Italcream remains family-owned and operated—Las Vegas’ longest-established manufacturer and wholesaler of artisan gelato & sorbetto.
We proudly serve casinos, restaurants, gelato shops, retailers, delis, pizzerias, caterers, and customers celebrating life’s special occasions.
We also collaborate with chefs and businesses to create custom flavors for menus, concepts, and events, bringing the same care and attention to every creation.
